Police investigating the theft of 7,680 copies of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix have warned fans not to buy or sell any copies of the long-awaited book before the 21 June 2003 official release or they could face big trouble. A lorry containing the books was stolen from a trading estate in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, on Sunday
A spokesperson for J. K. Rowling has urged anybody who reads Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix before the official release to not "...spoil the excitement for all Harry Potter fans..." |
